	We had another meeting at 8am today. The plan is to have the MM/SK 
	on Friday morning. Today all the instruments that need to safe for 
	maneuvers will be turned on and given time to safe. Tomorrow the FOT 
	will put the spacecraft into RMW mode for maneuvers. NRT will not be 
	guaranteed tomorrow unless there is an emergency.

	SCI_SPEC: UVCS remains powered off at this time.  Only Low Rate / 
		  Spacecraft Telemetry is available.  Only after power on 
		  will telemetry received in Medium Rate become meaningful.
		  
		  Instrument recovery is planned as follows (though times must
		  be flexible).  LASCO 16:00 UT to 19:00 UT, UVCS 19:00 UT to
		  22:00 UT, SWAN after UVCS if there is time. CDS after SWAN 
		  on DSS-46.

	Sequence: Manual

	SCI_SPEC: TSTOLS uplinked by FOT: X_EXP_PREP_ON (which configures SOHO
		  for UVCS ON condition, and turns off non-op heaters),
		  U_FL_PWRON_PR (power on for UVCS A side).
		  UVCS non-op heater circuit 84 set to 20% duty cycle
		  "noop" commands sent.  
		  EEPROM table checksums performed.
		  1 and 2 End Cap, Spectrometer Assembly (SPA), and Mirror
		  Occulter Mechanism (MOM) heater duty cycles set to 0 (255
		  Engineering Units).  
		  Autosafing flag enabled.  
		  
		  
		  Mirror / Occulter set to 28443 / 34336 Engineering Units.
		  LyA and OVI Gratings set to launch lock positions: 128000
		  Enginieering Units.
		  Polarizer set to 8100 Enginieering Units.
		  Mech Power Cycled (on, wait, off, then on again).
