	SCI_SPEC: Received in email from SOC Thursday, 09 December 
		  2004 at 20:58 UT:

		  The last burn of the momentum management was finished at 
		  20:35 UT. There will be no station keeping until the 
		  originally scheduled maneuver day of December 21. After 
		  completing post-burn activities, the next step will be
		  communications backup recovery, leading to medium/high rate 
		  telemetry.  20 minutes of NRT will then be made available 
		  for some instruments before proceeding with recovery to 
		  Normal Mode.
