Ko Command file: 05.09.06.12:02:48.cmd.log Activity: --------- 1) Place UVCS in Modified Hard Safe Configuration Sequence: Manual SCI_SPEC: Following completion of Science Observations, UVCS is placed into a modified Hard Safe configuration in preparation for the SOHO Keyhole Period. OVI Slit is set to 100 microns, instrument is rolled to the nominal East (35156 Engineering Units). Detector High Voltage is ramped down and then turned off, OVI Detector Masks loaded after which, the Mirror is moved to 1.5 Solar Radii with 1.5 mm overocculting. UVCS Aperture Door is also closed 708 steps, Internal Mirror / Occulter Heater set to 100% duty cycle. Internal Spectrometer Heater is not turned on. In addition to "traditional" Hard Safe configuration, all UVCS detectors are powered off. FOT use ESR Limit Table, and turn on TSU Substitution Heater (Circuit #84) and set duty cycle to 50% via OCD. Experiment Offpoint, and ESR Flags disabled for Keyhole. ESR and Offpoint Flags disabled by 13:37 UT, 06 August 2005. FOT begin using ESR Limit Table at 13:37 UT. TSU Substitution Heater (Circuit #84) turned on shortly thereafter at approximately 13:37 UT.
