General WWW Links
- U.S. Constitution:
I've looked everywhere for a compact, printable version of the
Constitution, and I couldn't find a nice one. So I
made one myself from various
online text sources. (The link gives you a
6-page PDF file of the Constitution, Amendments, and a brief index
of popular names of the various clauses and sections; it's 3 pages
if printed double-sided!)
- Synaesthesia:
Ever since I was very young, I've associated certain colors with
the 26 letters and 10 digits. To this day I don't know if these
colors came from a single external source (e.g., a book) or if
I dreamed them up myself. To me, they remain useful as mnemonic
aids. For the interest of ``research'' I've tried to create an
accurate color image
that represents the colors in my mind. If this is of use to
someone, please let me know!
Many library catalogs are online and available to the public.
Try the
Library of Congress,
the University of California's MELVYL
system, and
Harvard's
HOLLIS system.
Sometimes, it just helps to have the full
Library of Congress Classification System in front of you.
